A naturally sweet solution to the plastic pollution
The two largest problems we all face right now are climate change and plastic pollution. More individuals have been discussing the plastic problem, which is excellent because it’s an issue that has to be addressed.
We have dedicated ourselves to creating goods that are safer for people and the environment.
This philosophy is closely related to our commitment to producing packaging that is as sustainable as possible. This is something we take very seriously and is very important to us.
The majority of plastic is produced using non-renewable petrochemicals. Carbon is released into the environment during the extraction process and plastic production, contributing to climate change. We wanted to change that! We set a goal for ourselves to discover a packaging alternative that is better for the environment. And we found one. It’s sugarcane-based plastic.
Sustainable Brazilian origin
Our sugarcane tube helps you lessen your carbon footprint, and we’ve done our research to ensure it’s a sustainable option overall. We sought a replacement for conventional plastic that met the highest requirements for social and environmental responsibility, and sugarcane plastic was the clear winner.
90% of sugarcane is grown and harvested in Brazil more than 2000 km away from the Amazon Rainforest, and the government forbids planting in places with significant biodiversity. Sugarcane is frequently cultivated on degraded pasture land to aid in soil recovery, and sugarcane bagasse, a byproduct of the crushing process, is frequently utilised to provide electricity to power the entire ethanol manufacturing process.
The crop is grown mostly with organic fertilisers and rainwater. A grower / supplier code of conduct that gives workers new rights and improves their quality of life is also used in the production of sugarcane.
Plastic made of sugarcane is entirely recyclable.

OUR DESIRE FOR A MORE IDEAL WORLD
Although there are several reasons why we chose sugarcane tubes, the finest one is that the raw material used to make them, green polyethylene, is derived from 100% renewable resource—sugarcane, instead of fossil-based materials and it absorbs carbon from the atmosphere. Similar to trees, sugarcane removes carbon from the atmosphere as it grows.
The factory that manufactures our sugarcane tubes even produces bio-electricity from sugarcane husks, further enhancing the sustainability of the manufacturing process.
Because sugarcane absorbs CO2 from the air as it grows, the carbon footprint is 50% lower than that of conventional tubes.
The sugarcane tube can be completely recycled after use.
